The Free plan gives you the whole word, book and shadowing library, plus a monthly allowance of AI pronunciation checks and photo vocabulary sets — the exact numbers are on the Free card above. When the allowance runs out you can wait for next month, or upgrade to Premium for a much larger allowance and the rest of the features.

All four unlock the same set of features. They differ in length and in monthly allowance: Starter is a 30-day way in with a smaller allowance, while the other three share the full Premium allowance and cost less per month the longer they run. The exact numbers are printed on each plan card.
Monthly. It resets to the plan's figure at the start of each month; whatever you did not use does not carry over.
No. Unlike the monthly allowance, credits you buy sit in your wallet until you spend them. Once the monthly allowance runs out, the app charges the wallet automatically.
No. Each purchase pays for the one period you picked; no card is stored and nothing renews on its own. When it lapses the account returns to Free and your learning data stays untouched.
You keep them. The new period is added onto your current expiry date, so buying early is always safe. If two plans overlap, the monthly allowance follows the larger of the two — adding a cheaper plan on top of a longer one never shrinks the allowance you already paid for.
In Vietnam, VietQR: scan the code in your banking app and the payment is recognised as soon as it lands. Elsewhere, Visa/Mastercard through an international gateway. The page picks the gateway from where you are and quotes the currency you will actually be charged.
As soon as the gateway confirms the payment — usually a few seconds. Nobody has to approve it by hand.
Contact support with your account email and the time of the transfer. Every order is recorded, so it can be traced and unlocked.
